The Marshal of Atrios was the commander of his people's war against Zeos.
Biography
The Marshal was secretly under the Shadow's influence. He launched a final strike against Zeos, unaware that Mentalis had started its self-destruct program which would also destroy Atrios. The Doctor placed him and his ship in a time loop, then later redirected his attack against the Planet of Evil, destroying it. Drak stated he and the Marshal were going to start a business repairing the war damage to Atrios as soon as he had asked him. (DW: The Armageddon Factor)
