The Martian Axis was a group of Humans that formed following the end of the Thousand Day War and the defeat of the Ice Warriors of Mars. Initially, it consisted of a number of people that wanted peaceful co-existence with the Martians though their true purpose was nothing more than inciting civil disobedience amongst the Earth Alliance colonies. Thus, they became a terrorist group that espoused the belief that their actions were sanctioned by the Martians.
