It is created by a mechanical dragon. It was brought to the city of Geath when Beol and his brother, The Teller, found it and figured out how it worked with emotions. They used it to get back at the city for they had a hatred of the Grand Council. Since Geath owned the country land on which the brothers lived, they were taken over by the council members and forced into labor.
