The Cult of Morbius was an order that followed the renegade Time Lord Morbius.

Long after the apparent death of Morbius the cult was revived and determined to revive Morbius. (BFA: The Vengeance of Morbius)

After the disappearance of Doctor Mehendri Solon, he began to work in secret to revive the Time Lord Morbius. On Karn, Solon developed the techniques which enabled him to create a new body to house the still-living brain of Morbius, now believed executed. In an isolated castle on Karn, Solon was assisted by his simple Dravidian servant Condo. Spaceships often crashed on the planet, and Solon constructed a horrendous patchwork body out of the alien survivors' body parts, including a Mutt, a Birastrop and possibly a Macra. He planned to house Morbius' brain in it. Solon, however, was killed shortly after reviving Morbius, who was driven off a cliff by the Sisterhood of Karn. (DW: The Brain of Morbius)

It is not known if there were any other members of the Cult of Morbius left alive after Solon's death, but it may be assumed that any left alive perished in the Time War, which seems to have removed almost all mention of the Time Lords from time and space.
