Izaxyrl was a young Ice Warrior noble, the son of Uzoxx and Luass. While undergoing the Ritual of Tuburr, he was kidnapped by Lord Artix's men, thus making him ineligible for inheriting his father's throne. After being rescued by the Eighth Doctor, he accompanied him back to his uncle's home to rescue Stacy Townsend and Ssard. When he fought and defeated Artix, it made up for his interrupted Ascendance Rite. (RT: Descendance, Ascendance)
