Miss Hardaker was the guardian of Phyllis and Jean after they had been evacuated to Maiden's Point. She refused to give the girls permission to swim with Ace at Maiden's Bay as it was dangerous, but they went anyway. Phyllis and Jean killed Miss Hardaker after they were turned into vampires by Fenric. (DW: The Curse of Fenric)
