- 1963 - One day studio filming at BBC Lime Grove Studios for DW: An Unearthly Child.
- 2005 - DW: The Claws of Axos was released on Region 1 DVD in America.
- 2010 - The Complete Fifth Series was released on Region 2 DVD in the UK. Matt Smith and Karen Gillan signed copies of the box set at HMV in London.[source needed]
