I have excised the following sentence in whole from the article on TUXEDO:
He also wore his tuxedo (And a top hat) to Amelia Pond and Rory Williams's wedding. (TV: The Big Bang)
Although some of the people here seem unaware of the distinction, this suit is not a tuxedo, but a formal tailcoat. Certainly one would not wear white tie with a tuxedo.
To see another tailcoat of this design, take a look at any of the Fred Astaire-Ginger Rogers movies, particularly TOP HAT, in which Astaire sings of his "top hat and white tie and tails."
