Tim Latimer was a young schoolboy in 1913.
Biography
Tim attended Farringham School for Boys in 1913, which allowed the fob watch that contained the Doctor's Time Lord essence in it to communicate with him and instruct him. - Tim Latimer is, in part, based on Timothy Dean, a character in the novel Human Nature.
