Biography
Professor Malcolm Taylor was a Welshman and one of UNIT's top scientific advisors. He had read all UNIT files on the Doctor, whom he idolised. He worked out how to close the wormhole created by The Swarm before the Doctor, who called him "brilliant" and his "new best friend."
