Indra Ganesh was a junior secretary with the Ministry of Defence, working at 10 Downing Street during the Big Ben incident. There he met Joseph Green MP, told him that he was now Acting Prime Minister and briefed him on the situation. He supplied Green with the Emergency Protocols and later, along with Harriet Jones and Rose Tyler, discovered the dead body of the Prime Minister. The Slitheen posing as Margaret Blaine killed him.
