When you run with the Doctor it feels like it will never end, but however hard you try, you can't run forever. Everybody knows that everybody dies, and nobody knows it like the Doctor. But I do think that all the skies of all the worlds might just turn dark if he ever, for one moment, accepted. Everybody knows that everybody dies, but not every day. Not today. Some days are special. Some days are so, so, blessed. Some days nobody dies at all. Now and then, once in a very long while, every day in a million days where the wind stands fair and the Doctor comes to call, everybody lives.River Song

The Thirteenth Doctor is the thirteenth incarnation of the Doctor.

Biography

The Thirteenth Doctor regenerated from twelfth incarnation, and in the process, damaged his TARDIS to the extent that it took him to a parallel universe where his adventures were merely televised programmes.

He then attended a Snow Patrol concert in Bellahousten Park on 12/06/2010. Three times.

On 20/06/2010 he became an Admin on Doctor Who Answers and on 10/08/2010 he created the 18001 article on this wiki.

The thirteenth incarnation was given a prediction that on 23/11/11 the Time Lords were returning. He was given this information from a random person who said they were a BBC worker and proclaimed the return of the Time Lords in a movie also featuring David Tennant.

He joined a Facebook group appealing to get David Tennant to carry the 2012 Olympic Torch (DW: Fear Her) and also signed a petition for the above.
