Newblood was a term used to denote the Chapter Houses of Gallifrey which were founded after the Oldblood Houses. They embraced diversity rather than conformity. (FP: The Book of the War) Newblood Time Lords were Loomed with a secondary heart from the outset. For them, a change of body was as trivial as a change of fashion.
