Okay, thanks to RTD we now have two types of Cybermen- the original 'Mondasian' Cybermen and the new 'Pete's World' Cybermen. Well couldn't they have combined to form one mixed group of Cybermen, as the PW Cybermen have already shown themselves willing to make an alliance and the M Cybermen probably wouldn't mind a 'free upgrade'. It would explain how the Cybermen in the Pandorica Opens are so much more advanced (seperate body parts acting independently, having cyberships and the ability to teleport and time time travel) yet are still designed like PW Cybermen. Yeah I thought that too they looked a bit advanced plus the whole skull being in there. That suggests they have converted people whole like the Mondas guys rather than just the brain in the metal suit thing. Though in Torchwood there was that sexy cyber babe who was partially converted. Still the doctor wasn't at all surprised to see them, we will probably get an explanation in the doctor who computor game to have the cybermen. That might give us the joined race thing because there is apparently a cyberman without the c on his chest in it.
