You can't actually say for certain that these ''aren't'' Pete's World Cybermen either. Granted we don't know the origin of these Cybermen but that's not to say the simple answer isn't the correct one. It is likely that these Cybermen will not be picked up on again - not much expanded universe stuff ever is. --[[User:TheCoud'veBeenKing]]/[[User talk:TheCoud'veBeenKing|Talk]]

Name

Unless the dialogue of this "episode" refers specifically to a "Cyber-Lord", then this character can't be identified as such. We can't get into the habit of saying "this thing looks like this other thing, so therefore it must be the same thing as the other thing". These aren't Pete's World Cybermen, as were the only televised Cybermen to have a "Cyber-Lord". Thus we can't use "Pete's World terms" to describe him, unless the dialogue (or, in a pinch, credits) give us specific license to do so.
