Even if there is no more basis for including Ace in the LGBT category than the intended (but abandoned) subtext, the fact that she's "listed by many fans" as LGBT is worth noting. The listing may be on grounds that are as tenuous as interstellar gas but it's still a listing. Is there any evidence to support Ace being a lesbian in any of the novels/audio adventures etc?
