The Cyber-Emperor was the leader of the Cybermen in the 82nd century. Along with the President of the Federation of Worlds, the Emperor of the Draconian Empire, and Davros's Dalek Empire, the Cyber-Emperor led the alliance against the Skeletoid invasion of the galaxy.
