Trevor Laird (born 1957) played Frax in Mindwarp and Clive Jones in Smith and Jones, The Sound of Drums, and Last of the Time Lords. He is, along with Elisabeth Sladen, one of the only actors to appear in the original series to also play a recurring character in the BBC Wales version of the show.
