Norman Stewart directed the Doctor Who serials Underworld and The Power of Kroll. He was also one of the programme's longest-serving production assistants. He worked in this latter capacity with all of the show's first four Doctors. He was the production assistant on The Daleks, Planet of Giants, The Web Planet, The Savages, The Underwater Menace, Day of the Daleks, and The Invisible Enemy.
