: But that doesn't mean it has to be Time Lord technology; other races have developed dimensionally transcendental technology, not necessarily with time travel (and humans, Cybermen, and possibly Daleks seem to do it the other way around). Later, Wilf tells him that they arrested Naismith and his daughter for "crimes undisclosed", and that's the last we hear. Did I mishear, or was the PhiCorp warehouse bigger on the inside than on the outside?
