Stuart Milligan (born in Boston, Massachusetts on 10 September 1953) is an American actor based in the United Kingdom. He performed the voice of Colonel Stark in Dreamland, and portrayed Richard Nixon in the Series 6 episodes The Impossible Astronaut and Day of the Moon. He also read the audiobook Blackout.
