Born June 18, 1945, Lucia Moretti was an Italian Torchwood agent.
Biography
She joined Torchwood on 18th July 1968. Her career lasted to 1977. She was a lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had two daughters, Melissa Moretti and Roseabelle Harkness. After her retirement, she put Melissa and Rosabelle in a protection programme (application approved on 14 February 1977), upon which Melissa became known as Alice Sangster and Roseabelle became known as Rose Harkness.
