Colin Maloney was in charge of an overflow camp in California. Dr. Vera Juarez came to inspect Maloney's camp, and informed him that he would be prosecuted fo his bad handling of the camp. Maloney shot Vera, and put her body in a module where she was burned alive. (TW: The Categories of Life). In TW: The Middle Men, Colin is seen abducting Esther and "killing" Rex.
