Sto was a planet, presumably in Mutter's Spiral. It was home mainly to a near-Human race, although other individuals, such as Bannakaffalatta, belonged to other species. This native species, at some point in the past, apparently woshiped a god named Tov.

Cyborgs were generally discriminated against amongst members of the planet, however in the early 21st century laws were made allowing them more freedom, such as marriage. (DW: Voyage of the Damned)
