The group was created by Wilfred Mott, who believed the Doctor could help his granddaughter Donna Noble remember him. The group travelled in a minibus and talked via walkie-talkies. They found the Doctor within two hours. They took a picture with him and then left for Wilf to speak with the Doctor. (DW: The End of Time).
