The Uvodni Emperor was the ruler of the Uvodni race and their empire.

Biography

The Uvodni Emperor led his species and their allies into battle with the Malakh. In 1998, The Emperor himself announced a treaty was signed, and that there was peace between the two factions, but a hologram of him announcing peace was hidden from Uvlavad Kudlak by the robotic Mistress, as peace did not compute and she needed more children for the war.
