An unnamed woman, who worked for Angelo Colasanto met with Gwen Cooper to negotiate the exchange of her family who had been kidnapped, and Captain Jack Harkness.
Despite travelling with two armed guards, she was over powered by Rex Matheson and Esther Drummond who had tracked the rendez-vous. She then told Jack that he would still be going with her, and informed him that she would take him to see Angelo, who was responsible for Miracle Day.
