Lance Bennett was the fiancé of Donna Noble. They were going to be married December 24th 2007. He was working as the head of Human Resources at H.C. Clements, where Donna was temping as secretary.
Lance had been working for Empress of the Racnoss for at least six months. The Empress had betrayed him, and used him as a new "key" to awaken the sleeping Racnoss. He was later eaten by them. (DW: The Runaway Bride)
