Biology
Intelligent insects resembling humanoid woodlice, with a heavy carpace and six arms. Guttural and primitive, the Optra were actually descendants of Menoptra who chose to live underground, losing their wings and gaining the characteristics necessary for subterranean life.

The only known technology of the Optera is a spear.
