Morgana was the fortune teller of the Psychic Circus. She also guarded the entrance of the circus tent. She tried to stop the Seventh Doctor and Ace from entering, since she knew that they would be in great danger, but when the Chief Clown appeared, she didn't dare to stop them. She had a moral conflict about sending people to their death performing for the Gods of Ragnarok, which she tried to voice to the Ringmaster.
