Joseph Green was a politician and the prime minister's aide. He was slain by Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen. His skin was then used by the Slitheen as a suit in which to become prime minister and cause World War Three. (DW: Aliens of London / World War Three)
