Purcell was the land owner of the flat that George and his "family" (his dog Bernard) lived in. When everyone from the flat was sucked into the doll's house so was Purcell. He was then transformed into a Peg Doll. He was later restored to his original form along with everyone else who had been transformed. (DW: Night Terrors)
