The code for the protected/locked tabs can be found in our Common.css, but the similar stub tags are in our Wikia.css. Basically, we just defined a style which we then parked at a negative left margin. I will say, though, that some of our users don't like it, because it apparently doesn't sit well in some older browsers. But it does seem like a majority of our vocal users enjoy the fact that it doesn't take up any space within the article proper. {{user:CzechOut/Sig}} <span style="{{User:CzechOut/TimeFormat}}">'''01:29:08 Thu '''08 Sep 2011 </span> | :Well, as on any wikia wiki, you can begin to understand the style of the site by looking at [[MediaWiki:Common.css]] and [[MediaWiki:Wikia.css]]. ::Sorry, wasn't speaking with precision there. It's not old browsers, but ''monitors'' which are the (tiny) problem. Basically I got reports back from a user that he was having a problem seeing the left tabs because he was using something like an 800X600 setting on his monitor. This made the stuff outside the left margin "disappear" off the left side of his monitor. Truth is, though, you can always zoom out your browser, no matter what your monitor settings, to see the margins of the page. No one, as far as I know, is actually completely unable to see the tags, but it is possible to be zoomed in far enough so that you (temporarily) don't see the tags. | |||

- Well, as on any wikia wiki, you can begin to understand the style of the site by looking at MediaWiki:Common.css and MediaWiki:Wikia.css.
