Dom Issigri was a space pioneer and the partner of Milo Clancey. They were among the first men into deep space and became rich mining argonite, although they eventually went their separate ways. Dom founded the Issigri Mining Company and had a daughter, Madeleine Issigri. Maurice Caven kidnapped Dom and blackmailed Madeleine into allowing him to set up a base on Ta. Dom was freed by the Second Doctor and reunited with his daughter and partner. (DW: The Space Pirates)
