Flidor was a moon of Skaro. It was a dead world but it was rich in blue-veined gold. The first traveller to the moon was the scientist Yarvelling. (DAN: The Dalek Book) Flidor gold was used to construct the casing of the Dalek Emperor. (TV21: Genesis of Evil)

There is no actual name for the blue-veined gold. "blue veined gold" is the most suitable name for it.
