Elizabeth Meadows was the project manager of the GSO digging project.

Biography

Meadows had a daughter called Daisy, who was born on 5 May.

Elizabeth was one of the victims of the Cybermats when the base was attacked. She was infected by the nano-virus, but held it at bay using her medicines. By the time Amy and the Doctor arrived, her right arm was presumely transformed and she was barely holding on to her humanity. She asked the Doctor to help her put together a cure for the virus, but while he and Amy were away to get the ingrediants for the concoction, it appears Meadows succumbed to the virus and obyed the command to free the Cybermen's ship. Once she was half-way transformed, she had Amy trapped in the Cyber-conversion unit as a bargaining chip to force the Doctor to reawaken the Cybermen. After the Cybermen were awoken, she was killed by the Cyber-Lord. (VG: Blood of the Cybermen)
