Biography
While at the Kiss the Boys Goodbye Dance in 1941, George paid for Jack Harkness and Toshiko Sato's drinks, requesting that the latter dance with him. After some time, Jack intervened, pulling Toshiko away. George took offence to this and asked Jack for the fight.
