Emperor Adolphus Caesar was the young and spoiled child ruler of an alternate Earth where Rome never fell. His titles included "Master of the Solar System and the Galaxy Beyond." After the Malevilus were defeated, the Fourth Doctor advised Vesuvius to send Adolphus to a strict boarding school on Cryos Four. (DWM: The Iron Legion)

The presence of the emperor title would indicate Caesar is actually his family name, making it probable that he is a lineal descendant of Julius Caesar.
