Garvin was the the vicar's verger in Devil's End. When the Master failed to hypnotise Olive Hawthorne, Garvin tied her up and locked her in a chest. When Sergeant John Benton found her, Garvin captured them, but was soon afterwards vaporised by Azal. (DW: The Dæmons)
