R.O.O. refers to the triumvirate of Rassilon, Omega and the Other. (MA: Goth Opera)
There were many R.O.O. texts created in the time of Rassilon. They are known as Elder Books of the Dark Time. The writings they contain are based upon rituals of the Gods of Ragnarok and the Eternals. They contain rites and incantations which can control the Chronovores.
