Arthur Cox (born 7 April 1934) played Cully in the 1968 Doctor Who story The Dominators, and as Mr. Henderson in the 2010 story The Eleventh Hour. As of 2011, he holds the record for the biggest gap between appearances on Doctor Who.
His other television credits include The Avengers, Terry and June, and Harbour Lights. He also played George, Jim Hacker's driver in the comedy series, Yes Minister.
