Jonathan Penn was a film enthusiast who lived in Cardiff.
Biography
Jonathan worked with his parents, David and Faith, at the Electro. He was haunted by the Ghostmaker. Torchwood 3 interrogated him about his knowledge of the Night Travellers. He later called them up when he found Pearl in his bath and helped them defeat the Night Travellers after they killed his parents. (TW: From Out of the Rain)
