The Oracle was the computer of the P7E that ruled over the Minyans living in the cavernous nameless planet that it ruled.
Profile
The Oracle had a female persona and had higher level reasoning functions. It created and oversaw a society created from the race banks, which had been carried on-board the P7E and which it now guarded jealously.
It created a society enforced by the Seers. Robed robots or cyborgs served the surviving Minyans. The Oracle was destroyed by the two 2000 megaton bombs it had intended for the R1C. (DW: Underworld)
