This Young Male Soldier was part of a unit led by Captain Federico Santos sent to aid Rex Matheson and Esther Drummond in stopping the Miracle in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was in fact an agent of the Three Families. When he was in a van with the other soldiers, he started praying in Spanish before detonating a bomb which destroyed the van and everyone inside, along with a sample of Jack Harkness' mortal blood, which was vital in stopping the Miracle. This soldier became a category one shortly before the Miracle ended. He presumably died. (TW: The Blood Line)
