Solar City was a large, cosmopolitan city on the planet of Galactica Minor. An overcrowded and polluted space port, it attracted a wide variety of sentient species. The Seventh Doctor was visited the planet and made enemies of some of its — possibly temporary — residents. It was unclear, however, exactly why he did so. He also encountered a reporter named Miff who worked for the local Universal Herald, who unsuccessfully tried to get an interview with the Time Lord. (IHP: Once in a Lifetime)
