Den Watts was a fictional character that appeared in the British soap opera, Eastenders. He was a resident of Albert Square in the East End of London before his death. In 2007, with the popular ghost phenomenon, a storyline featured Den coming back from the dead and confronting Peggy Mitchell, who told him to get out of her pub, saying that the only spirits she served were gin, whisky and vodka.
It would later be revealed that the ghost who played Den, along with the rest of its kind, were Cyberman from another universe that had came to invade Earth. (DW: Army of Ghosts)
A possibly apocryphal account stated that Gustave Lytton encountered Den Watts in the pub and mistook him for Kiston. (BE: Mistaken Identity)
