Lydia Childs (d. 1941) was an employee for the Torchwood Institute around circa World War I. She was based in Torchwood 3 base looking after the Rift. Her fellow workers were Harriet Derbyshire, Douglas Caldwell, and Charles Quinn as well as her boss Gerald Carter. (TW: To the Last Man)
