Private Ross Jenkins, code-named Greyhound 40 was an UNIT soldier during Operation Blue Sky.
Biography
Jenkins acted as the Tenth Doctor's escort and driver as the former investigated the Rattigan Academy, where both encountered Luke Rattigan and the Sontaran General Staal. After losing control of an ATMOS-controlled UNIT vehicle, he and the Doctor parted ways so that Jenkins could acquire another ATMOS-free vehicle to return them to UNIT's temporary headquarters.
