The World's End was a bar in London. The Eighth Doctor and Destrii went there with Tony and his wife Linda.
When the Doctor tried to talk to Julie, the barmaid, she recognised him from the television show Changing Rooms. After asking the Doctor to pay £18.75 for his drinks, he joked that he had been there recently. This caused him to break into a fit caused by Cyberman interference.
A man named North pretended to bump into the Doctor, attaching a listening device to him as he did so. The Doctor noticed and had Tony and Destii bring him back. He identified him as an MI6 agent but the conversation ended abrutly when some Cybermen appeared. Everyone in the bar fled in panic. (DWM: The Flood)
