Denys Fisher Toys was a toy manufacturer founded by Denys Fisher, a relatively noted engineer of the 1950s and 1960s. His company produced a number of tie-in toys and games for a number of franchises, including Doctor Who, Are You Being Served? and The Six Million Dollar Man.
Their Doctor Who license was only active a short while during the early part of Tom Baker's era. However, despite the brevity of the arrangement, Denys Fisher were able to produce what would today be called "action figures" as well as a board game.
In the later 1970s, the company was sold to Hasbro, who did not enjoy Doctor Who licenses.
